As Project Manager and and Creative Director, Jay Antonic provides the structure and backbone of the entire development process.  Having managed over 150 different websites and developed e-commerce programs that performed at the multi-million dollar level, Jay provides experienced leadership to the development process.  He is the overall architect of each development and Search Engine Optimization  project.
 

As the founder of the UNTHINKIT group of websites, Jay is actively involved in the development process of every internet project from domain acquisition through to continued marketing and velocity maintenance of the fully developed site.

Jay has successfully managed internet sales portfolios totaling over $39 Million USD and has booked over $27 Million in personal career sales in both internet and brick-and-mortar venues.

A native of Northern Virginia, Karolyn is a self-taught webmaster. She has designed, constructed and implemented award-winning websites since 1996, as well as many corporate identity programs. Her creative design skills have evolved from internet sales, web development, and secondary classroom learning. Karolyn brings an efficient and clean approach to web design that is inimitable and progressive.  She brings an awareness of the entire branding process to her design strategy and execution.

Scott Padbury: Graphic Design Assistant

Scott is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (AIP), specializing in commercial illustration and design.  Scott brings a design background that spans many disciplines and mediums.  A former airbrush artist, Scott has also worked in computer animation and CG Design as well as several corporate branding and advertising programs.  Scott anchors the 3D rendering and modeling department of unthink3d.com.  He also contributes graphically to the unthinkit.com large format print division.
